Owen is an otter!
He has bright green eyes and brown fur. He's very energetic, happy, playful! At present, he wears nothing more than his fur and a hemp necklace, with blue beads woven into it, and a burlap loin cloth tied above his tail.
He recently received a gift of an arm band from Fuma Elo! It's an inch wide and made of red, blue, and natural toned grasses, a boldly patterned scaly hide woven throughout! He wears it on his right arm.
