A bit of history:
Zethe was born like any other dragon - hatched from an egg under the care of his parents. He came from a long line of Steel dragons who inhabited the lands of Veladintiar. His family in particular were close friends of the Dracwynne Elves. These clans consisted mostly of Shamans, magi, and other magic-based professions. Because of this, the Rysaeis family was granted with various rune enchantments. These enchantments allowed the Rysaeis clan to transform at will into a human form. This allowed them to train for various jobs.
In the case of Zethe, he was trained as a soldier both as a dragon and as a Human. His weapon of choice (as a human obviously) is a battle axe, with a round shield for defense. His clothing mimics those of the Dracwynne warriors - though with some slight changes to allow him to shift forms easily.
As a dragon he is a steel color, with the rune marks under his eyes. His Steel dragon heritage makes him a smaller dragon type - usually around the size of a large full grown belgian stallion. Despite his small size however, he is very fast and very strong. He is also very agile. Because of his tough steel-like hide, he does not wear armor as a dragon. Because he is a Steel dragon, he does not technicalyl breath fire. However, he can fire out of his mouth what appears to be a molten metal of some sort - which is usually burning hot to the touch and hardens upon impact.
