Wisp - Description

Wisps to many are either energy, a spirit unwilling to leave the mortal plane, or perhaps even a fae of some sort.. Not always the case. This Wisp is but the fragment of consciousness built into the core of a small arcane ball of light.

Wisp when examined is a near 'orb' of wavering sea-foam green light that seems to 'hop' and hover to move, various sounds mimicked by the creature in an attempt to speak. While intelligent, It does not have the energy to have its own body yet.
