Subject:Uragon

Uragan comes from beyond this galaxy, from one much like your own. From a world as rare and bountiful as your Earth, this world is Evita. Here a people flourished, a mighty and warrior bound race. They are trained from a young age to hold honor above all else, never to attack those that cannot defend themselves, or do not warrant threat; however, even as power as they are, their ways were not meant to last, for a hostile, vicious alien menace soon laid eyes upon the garden planet. Evitans had no warning of the attack that loomed, and were helpless when the invaders rained down and burned the glittering cities to the ground with warships and a device that blocked their world from their star, thus rendering the incredible warriors blind and freezing in darkness, their reptilian bodies unable to withstand the drastic loss in temperature. Once enough time had passed, the Evitans weakened from time without the warmth and rays of their Sun, the enslavers attacked; Billions were slain, enslaved, and far worse. The once paradise world was transformed into a charred, industrial wasteland for the creation of weapons and warships for future conquest. Few made it out alive in shuttles for a single crew to survive, most never left the orbit, as they were shot down or re-captured by the invaders.
One such, lucky survivor is Uragan, launched in secret in a small capsule. By chance alone did his pod find its way to your Earth. Uragan was found in a park by a young woman, and quickly taken to her home away from the city, to hide him in the open country. Here Uragan grew up, showing very remarkable traits. He was far stronger than anyone should be, often lifting things like couches, fallen trees, and large structures. Such things came in handy on the road, where the van his adopted mother owned, needed tire changes, and he could lift it, and change it at once. Over time he learned he could do much more, and with each passing year his powers grew, but why he did not know, but in his home kept a secret. One terrible night, when Uragan was eighteen of your earth years, the house caught fire, how is unknown, but the woman that had taken Uragan in, raised him, despite not being human, was tragically killed.
The Evitans were once a glorious, incredible race, but only thanks to the light of your Sun, did the race's true potential shine through Uragan. He has sworn to protect this new home, from all threats, and never allow the beings here to befall the fate of his beloved home, Evita.
Uragon is a kind soul, wishing to make friends, and perhaps one day find someone to start a family with. Don't fear him by his looks, he won't harm anyone unless they harm him or others.

Appearance:
Uragan, an Evitan, looks like an anthropomorphic-crocodile; Evitan's skin is scaled, a slate-grey coloring. Uragan's head is elongated into a snout, with rows of teeth and jaw power capable of biting through steel, however, finned ears sit behind his ridged brow. A powerful, thick tail with ridges sways behind the Evitan, able to break bones with a swing. Uragan is extraordinarily tall, standing at over seven and a half feet. His form is muscled well, defined in all areas naturally. Uragan's eyes oddly have crimson iris', matching that of the Star of his home system. What most of you see first, is his addition set of arms above and behind his normal set, giving him an even larger stature.

Powers:
Superhuman strength, capable of lifting nearly anything, from cars to a mountain at maximum; his jaws can bite into, and rend nearly any material. Extreme endurances to almost anything, heat, cold, vacuums, damage, etc, leading to *"invulnerability". Superhuman speed, allowing speeds close to a rockets. *A supercharged bioelectric "aura" which acts as an unseen "force field" around and within his body is the reason behind his "invulnerability".
Uragan possesses x-ray vision, allowing him to see through solid objects (except through lead), as well as telescopic vision; seeing great, superhuman distances, and microscopic vision; seeing extremely small things. These powers could be used individually or in conjunction with one another. As a by-product of his x-ray vision, Uragan's "heat vision" allows him to generate energy beams, which can be used to melt or vaporize almost any substance.
Uragan can hear sound at almost any wavelength and at vast distances. Uragan's breath is capable of freezing objects; because his lungs are able to put air under tremendous pressure, thus super-cooling it. Also, his lungs are capable of generating hurricane-force winds, pushed to his limits.

Weaknesses
Despite his incredible superpowers, Uragan's powers come with three notable flaws:

Davidite: His greatest weakness. Radioactive, rare minerals found on your earth. Uragan's cells store electromagnetic radiation (such as sunlight) and convert it into energy, manifesting as his super-powers. When Uragan is exposed to Davidite, at distances of a few feet, in varying amounts or sizes, its radiation rapidly interferes with this process, causing severe physical pain and the loss of his powers.

Red Star Radiation: Natural in Evita’s planetary system, red wavelength solar radiation replaces the higher-yield yellow solar energy in Uragan's cells, removing the fuel for his powers. This process does not have the painful, crippling and fever-like symptoms of Davidite, and essentially leaves him with the normal health and abilities of a human in his size and shape, as it did for the entire population of Evita during its existence. Exposure to Yellow Star wavelengths returns his powers, even bolster them to higher, temporary levels.

Magic: While not so much an actual weakness, Uragan's special invulnerability offers no protection against magic. As a result, spells cast on Uragan affect him the same as it would anyone else. This could potentially goes so far as enchanted weapons being able to undermine his invulnerability.
