Personality

Tora is a black-tipped reef shark. Her 'feral' cousins are known to be timid except when it comes to feeding time - but in Tora's case, she isn't that timid at all. She defines herself as a 'switch'...and can both be dominant and submissive depending on her mood and who she is interacting with. She is rarely aggressive - however she has been known to bite when certain things pop up - such as anger or when she becomes scared. Overall, she is kind and friendly and enjoys a good cuddle.

Appearance:

She stands roughly 5'3, weighing in at roughly 145. Her primary color happens to be grey however she has very light - almost grey - sea-green stripes. Her hair is a darker sea-green and is pulled back behind her head - the sides near her ear-fins are shaved. Her ears are also sea-green however she tends to wear heavy dark eye-liner and mascara. The tips of her ear-fins, her fingertips, her tail-fin, dorsal fin and other fins are also black-tipped. Her nipples, gills and private areas are all pink in color. She does not, however, just waltz around completely naked - as much as some would love that. Typically, the sharkess is wearing any number of different outfits depending on the weather. During the warmer months you will see her wearing cut-off blue jean shorts (usually faded), and a matching black tank top. Usually beneath this she is wearing a dark green bikini. During winter months you will often times see her in just a pair of form-fitting blue jeans, snow-boots, and a long sleeve sweater.

History/Relationships

Tora ventured away from her family of other black-tpped sharks. She wanted to adventure on her own - away from where her family was located. They never went far - only migrating from hunting ground to hunting ground. They tended to follow their feral cousins - acting as guardians as they were often times hunted and killed. Tora did not want to spend her whole life with the usual family job. She wanted to explore and make friends. So, she left and found a job somewhere inland - not far from their main beach home. She had to earn money, after all!

She made several connections while she worked as a secretary during the day - and a waitress at night. She lived in a little one bedroom apartment and was able to save up enough to eventually leave both her jobs after a few years and move on. She eventually found herself travelling through several places - making numerous friends and contacts. Something she wasn't expecting for sure! Eventually though her funds started to deplete after a year or two and she found it was time to settle down once again and to find a job and save back up before leaving again. This is when she found a nice little beach house - an affordable one at that. She also managed to find yet another job as a secretary and also as a waitress at night. (She only waitressed 3-4 times a week, and only for a few hours). It was on one of her off-nights that she came across the Tub and decided to spend some time there..in hopes of making more friends.

She only stayed here for a little over a year before her family offered to give her some beach front property in a nice little condo-styled cabin. Although they offered to give her money to live off of - she refused. She did accept the home, however, and instead continued her job as a Secretary for a local law firm during the day, and waitressing at a little cafe at night.

During her adventuring and during her jobs - many asked how she had not yet found her life-long partner. Her response? She hadn't found anyone willing to travel with her and to move every few years. She hadn't found the one that made her want to stay in one place either. She found herself to not like the idea of being held back by a Mistress or Master, either - so that would explain that. And she also never found it in her nature to take on a pet. Of course, she never once minded having fun every once in a while - but that didn't mean she was ready to settle.
