Hello, my name is John Thomas Pinkerton, but you can call me Thomas.
There is nothing physically remarkable about me; I'm a brown fox, anthro, about 5' 8", medium build with amber eyes, dressed comfortably in dockers and a polo shirt...
My parents were domestic servants in a fine house in England. Their lord and lady treated them like family, and I was no exception. In fact, when my parents died while I was young, they adopted me and raised me as their own. I remember my parents fondly, and I try to live my life to honor them as well as my adoptive parents.
(I don't have an accent, just to clear that up... >.< )
I like to read, and I enjoy just sitting quietly and watching folks as they go about their business; I take a lot of notes in my notebook, and while I suppose it may be unnerving to some, I assure you I do not note names.
My notebook is mostly a place for me to store my thoughts, and often when I write in my notebook while in the tub, it's totally unrelated to the events unfolding before me. But you never know...
I love to cook, and I usually have a basket of apple cinnamon muffins with me when I come to sit at the Tub for anyone who would like one. Recently, I added blueberry, banana nut and chocolate chip to the menu at the request of several tubbers.
I have some ideas for a book rolling around in my head, and I occasionally write poetry. Perhaps if I get to know you well enough, I'll share... :)

- An emerald fox pendant from the resourceful and talented Adiva; I wear it proudly to signify our special friendship.
- A son, James Thomas Pinkerton, born July 12. He is a kitsune, humanoid with auburn hair and copper colored fox ears; he has one blue eye and one amber eye, and twin copper colored tails with white paintbrush tips.
- A daughter, Lillian Joy Pinkerton, born November 24. She is a red fox kit, with a white heart-shaped bib and gloved right paw, dark brown hair and jade green eyes. She is the nearly-perfect image of my beloved mother, after whom she is named.
- Another son, Enojo Ibaki, born June 7. He is also a kitsune, with white hair and fox ears streaked with red. His eyes are a mystical purple, and he has a single fluffy white tail with the same red streaks through it.
- Another daughter, Delilah Rose, born August 8. A fair-skinned kitsune with harlequin markings. Her right ear is red like her mother's fur, her left ear a dark brown; her head fur is blonde and her eyes are a sky crystal blue. Her little fox-tail is dark brown with a red diamond paintbrush tip.
Other Notes:
- I was asked by my good friend Erebus and his mate Aramais to be 'Uncle' and godfather to their growing family; I count this as one of my proudest moments, and I spend much of my time with the little ones, whether at their home in Blackwing Meadow or babysitting at my own brownstone apartment.
