The Tub Awards

Yup, it's true! We're going to start rewarding tubbers with bragging rights and imaginary trophies, just for the heck of it. No, this is not a popularity contest. xD
This should definitely not be taken too seriously. Just have fun with it!

Awards will be held twice a year.

Summer Awards - June, July, and August
Winter Awards - December, January, and February

The way it works is simple! Simply PM Taryn any ideas for categories, as well as nominations for those categories. It only takes one nomination to be put on the ballot for a category, however, each category can only have four furs listed for actual voting. So, the four tubbers with the most nominations will be actual nominees.

Nominations lasts for two weeks, from the 18th to the 30th of the current season's second month. Voting lasts for the first two weeks of the third month of the season (1st to the 14th). Awards will be given on day after the voting period ends.
For example...

Summer Awards nominations are from July 18th to July 30th. Voting is from August 1st to August 14th. The awards ceremony will be held on August 15th.

Other Guidelines:

* There is no limit to the number of categories able to be suggested. Also, suggestions for re-naming awards is encouraged, if they are unsatisfactory. Note that categories can be anything -- from silly to serious. Get creative!

* Both nominations and votes are to be done so confidentially, and who nominated/voted for who will not be shared under any circumstances.

* Nominations and votes are for individual characters, not people. So yes, a single person's alternates can be up against one another within each category.

* Each tubber may only nominate one other tubber per category. One may not nominate themself, however, they may nominate an alternate of theirs. When the voting period begins, a person may vote for themself, if they are a nominee.
