Elementals, special spirits that protect and control an element they love. Ted Zakros is such an elemental. A being of water, a lover of the sea, and... a bored as all fuck elemental!
Most Elementals tend to stay in a single place most of their 'lives', but some tend to run around, adventuring and exploring to find something they are drawn to. In this case Ted is a wandering Water Elemental, taking the form of a human as best he could, he set out for better watery areas.
In Human form Ted tends to wear a tight fitting sea blue-green tank-top with a pair of loose fitting pants, colored to fit his shirt at the top and bleeding to black at the bottom of the legs.
Being an Elemental, Ted tends to shift from size to size at will as long as he has enough water to give him some size, however thanks to magic, there is an abundance of that! However he is usually found at a staggering... 5 feet 8 inches tall. He can indeed turn into full elemental form, however he has no real features other then an humanoid upper body made of water.
Ted is a bit hyper but apathetic about problems, tends to get distracted easily by shiny things or water life.
