TChaka was born in Ukatana, a technologically advanced civilization. For centuries Ukatana has thrived as an unconquerable land inhabited by undefeatable lion warriors. They protected the borders and its secret until they were betrayed from within by one of their own. On the brink of civil war, TChaka's parents sent the infant with his guardians to America, to live a normal live, away from the dark times that had begun to plague Ukatana. He was given the name of Luke Charles and grew up to be a struggling musician, writer and artist. Down on his luck, Luke began honing his street fighting skills to earn some hard cash. Eventually, his skills were noticed by a man, a servant to the kingdom of Ukatana. In due time, he realized that the young man's skills mirrored the animalistic martial art of Ukatana and with great intrigue and curiosity, took Luke under his wing and taught him to perfect his skills. It wasn't long before the man revealed to Luke of his heritage and his guardians' part in bringing him to America and raising him. After additionial years of training to prepare to his return to Ukatana, Luke studied voodoo and other fighting styles, molding himself into the ideal warrior. With the help of an ally who's company specialized in hi-tech gear and weaponry, Luke and his coterie began to plot the rebellion of the rival country that had overthrown Ukatana at that time. After successfully bringing his people out of post-civil war depression, Luke proved himself worthy of undergoing the arduous series of tests to ascend to the throne of King of Ukatana.
The first was to declare his nation's independence and strength in an underground tournament. After defeating numerous opponents and the self-proclaimed "master of the fist", Luke (or now better known as TChaka), was pronounced the champion. The next test was to survive in the jungle without any weapons, relying only on his intellect, speed, strength and agility and avoid the death traps that awaited him. At the end of this task, he retrieved the sacred fruit that would endow the young warrior with all of the powers and abilities of his ancestors. After devouring the fruit, TChaka underwent the transformation that made him into the lion warrior that you see standing before you. All that was left was to prove his fertility as king by mating with the royal lionesses maidens of Ukatana, which by no means, was no easy feat, being that it was the most demanding and tedious of all the tests he had to pass. When all was said and done, TChaka stood proud and tall as the newly crowned king of Ukatana, and to this day, it remains to be the most advanced country in the world.
