Basic species info:
Kelpie's are fae of the scottish & irish decent, usually taking the form of beautiful horses and humans to guide people to follow or ride them so they can drown them in deep waters for food. other rumours show kelpie can turn into kelp, plants, and even water itself to better trap their next meal. They show their true forms, which are known to be many; but the most common being dark grey wet horses with elonated mouths filled with meat eating tiger like fangs with big grins, sometimes melting looking with kelp like hair& manes.
While sentient, they are simply predators, as such as be 'caught and tamed' by finding a special bridal somewhere in their home.

Hair: dark green/black in kelp like mats, shoulder length an frames face, slightly wild looking.
Skin/fur: dark grey-green with lighter grey& blue spots, constantly wet looking

Bodyframe: A giant kelpie equine, non-anthro.
