Ottsel is a strange looking creature. While his name implies he's a mix between an otter and a weasel his body seems to contradict this. He looks more like he's part weasel, part kangaroo, and maybe part rabbit.
He stands at 2' in height, his body thing, scrawny even. His chest is narrow and his arms are like twigs, yet he doesn't seem malnourished, or particularly weak. Maybe it's just the natural build for ottsels. He's covered in short, snow white fur from head to toe. The fur becomes slightly fluffier around his chest.
Ottsel's legs are somewhat haunch-like, almost like that of a kangaroo or rabbit. He seems like he'd be comfortable walking on two legs or four. He wears no shoes on his oversized, plantigrade footpaws. His ears seem almost rabbit-like too, perking up on his head, too long to be weasel ears.
Ottsel isn't wearing much in the way of clothing. He's got a black t-shirt on, the words "Property of" and a silhouette of a green kangaroo on his chest. On his handpaws he wears a pair of black fingerless gloves. The leather looks old and worn, like they're seen years of use. Atop his head he wears a pair of rather stylish aviator goggles. They seem more for fashion than functionality.
His large green eyes dart around excitedly, finally falling on you. He suddenly has a mischievous grin on his face, his tail is twitching excitedly; it's almost as if you can see the thoughts rolling around in his head as he braces to pounce at you.
