Physical tone: Well worked out but not overly muscular. swimmers body best describes.
Mechanics: both arms and both legs have been replaced with cybernetic augmentations. the neon tubing connecting to his shoulders and wrists. these augmentations are black coloured with green lighting in certain places. along with were the biceps and thigh muscles are green metallic fibers, along with several organs being replaced. spinal collum and even cerebral implants and amplifiers.

Personality: Neon is a little cocky but usualy pleasant. he tends to be slightly random given the nature of his abilities. he likes to talk and flirt slightly but will never go too far with such. though if you ask him for a spar, he would happily accept.
Clothing: Mainly black clothing with green stitching. tubes carrying neon green energy snake their way over his arms,legs and back. Usual clothing items are his black and green criminal damage pants of which the thighs of these are actually interlaced straps. no shirt but a black jacket that stops short of his hips. the stitching a green colour along with a green flame embroidery up the right arm.
