Meisareiiele is an anthro jungle deer, female, and about 5'8", though a good portion of that height is accounted for by her graceful neck.
She has what's best described as an athletic build, slim, with fairly small breasts, and is typically clothed in a light brown thigh-length skirt made of treeleather, a kind of very soft, durable cork bark. She may or may not be wearing a top, when she does, it's a close-fitting tube top of a similar material.
Although she doesn't appear to be a juvenile, she maintains the distinctive dark stripes and spotted patterns of one. This is likely a cosmetic affectation, popular amongst her tribe.
After sneaking away from her village and her responsibilities there, Meisareiiele began travelling farther and farther from home, seeing countless exotic places, acquiring an overwhelmingly diverse amount of knowledge, and wide variety of skills.
As such, despite her primitive appearance, she's a very worldly doe, and perhaps unfortunately, also an incorrigible chatterbox.
Mei carries with her a rucksack, made of some sort of rough, simple homespun, in which she carries with her a few different things. Typically, she has some preserved food, a few items of extra clothing, and a large bamboo flask full of potent liquor, such as jungle Arak, made from palm sap.
Also in her bag are bundles of various herbs, some for tea, medicine, and for smoking, which she does with either a carved wooden pipe, or in thin, rolled up corn husk.

Old description, for the sake of nostalgia

Meisareiiele is a Jungle Deer, 5'8" in height,
clad in small, close-fitting treeleather skirt and
top. Her fur is a combination of chestnut, and dusky
tan, with black markings typical of her species.
She wears a medium size whip of braided vine,
which hangs from a primitive belt, resting coiled on
one hip. Also on her person is a simple woven backpack
full of this and that, dyed with mud.
Mei's manner suggests that she's well educated, but
also that she is a doe breaking away from a very stiff,
formal life, and enjoying every minute of her freedom.

Tree-leather: A flexible, but tough bark, derived from
a distant relative to cork.
Arak: A very strong and fragrant spirit, usually made
out of Palm sugar and/or rice.
