Where to begin.. Lucious is a modest, kind hearted Anthro lucario, although the pokemon lucario tends to be slightly anthro as well, but thats besides the point. He tends to be slightly modest, but irk him in the wrong way and he can turn into a fireball really quick, so its best to just not anger him. His patience is nearly limitless, and he doesn't mind listening to other's problems, acting as sort of a counselor.
He is about 6 feet tall and weighs about 140 pounds, since he has a lithe, but strong figure, relying more on his powers rather than brute strength itself. Much like most lucario, Lucious only wears a pair of shorts, preferring to keep naughty things hidden.
He generally has a happy disposition, and is willing to do pretty much anything, depending on how bored he is.
