At a glance
For all effects, Kobatta average-sized, average-built, adult female human. Red-haired and -eyed, rather freakish / whimscal feel. Usually seen in a white T-shirt, tied in a way that dubs as bellyshirt, and pants. Her right arm is artificial, unpainted metallic mecha-like piece of machinery.

Her and Herself - a tour on how she is
Bright metallic red hair under a pure blue baseball cap. That chroma against her peach / pale skin is maybe the first thing everyone notices.
Under that is an average-built young adult, female, with a silhouette mimicking little curvyness. Anyone paying attention see her paleness accentuates some strange features, like straight lines by her ribcage and flat lumps under the skin. Measurements aren't known, as she keeps saying it's "Just average, damned perv!", but is estimated she's a B- or C-cup.
Hiding that is her clothes -- she tends to use those most of the time. Along the above-mentioned cap, she's almost inseparable from her white tee with an 'X' at the front, that she uses tied up under her chest (leaving only the 'X's top part showing), mimicking a bellyshirt. She has a pair of jeans-looking pants that just seems too heavy and padded to be denim, altho inside the waters she favors underwear (boxers). Her matching blue jacket usually is sighted beind ditched by her, and tends to crack the floor's tiles when hits the ground.
Completing the picture is her mechanical side, more proeminetly known by the bulky, robotic, mecha-like right arm she bears in the place of a normal one. Its hands'three bulky fingers (two + thumb) doesn' have much use besides gripping. Other quite minor features include a gas escape pipe (sticking from between her neck and shoulder, behind her, as coming from behind the blade) and a low running engine noise, often in 'null gear', and sometimes followed by 'metal '.
When not busy or inactive, she's seen just being crazy, silly, wacky, mean, cute, or all of above -- maybe the keyword is 'childish'. Has a known and dangerous problem dealing with rejection, and seems to always be able to produce a gun whenever needed.
Kobatta can be usually found near the tub's edge, or at / into her cardboard box.
Numbers and Stats
She's a bit heavy for her frame (100 kg) and capable of major feats of strength, with most of the power is focused on the obvious metal arm. Can reach into hammerspace. Sometimes seen with a 'Hacked Blade' that she uses "in case of godmodders".

Variants
Batta has been spotted before as a catgirl (Kobakitty) of some sort a number of times. In such situations she has a recognizable speech impairement ("Mnyaa, Kitty catgirl!"), is covered in a lightish orange fur, and has cat tail and ears. Some estimate intelligence loss, but most claim she 'acts dumb by choice'. In any case, her favored discussion topics boil down to cuddles, sillyness and fish.
