-Basic description-
Height: 4'5
Scent: Various berries, deep earth
Mentality: Curious, paranoid, exploratory
Hair: dark segmented spines point backward along scalp, down to shoulders (sort of like zerg)
Skin: Black with golden 'cracks' randomly around(a bit like black marble). Very tiny Unown are drawn onto skin along arms, legs, and back in ritualistic ways in darker gold.(looks like runic lines)
Eyes: gemstone eyes- Amethyst

Bodyframe-- feminine, hairless body, smooth. Same general shape as a sableye(only more humanoid)

Additions: Pointed sableye elf-like ears, mouth looks normal humanish(however there are slits up the cheeks normally hidden, the mouth can be far bigger then expected, giving sableye grin), clawed fingers & toes. legs end in tiny clawed feet.

Frigg was raised from hatching by an ancient human 'witch', and thus learned various things in her life. But When learning things normally beyond the abilities of normal pokemon life tends to adapt. As a sableye; Frigg was unable to evolve, however due to the hundreds of years of practice She became something else, mutating herself into far more then just a sableye but not quite a human... or anything else. She wished to be more like a daughter to her mistress, to be closer to her, to do things she could... And when her mistress passed, so did she become the witch people speak of.
Frigg has long dabbled in witchcraft, which is a mixture of ancient runic spells using unown manipulation to bend reality to do things beyond normally possible, to simple alchemy and potion work by just typical herbs & such.
But of course that doesn't feed you, simple thieving works just as well as any spell sometimes~..
