Um, how to start? Dulca is a bio-engineered mix of a few different dinos (citipati, sinosauropteryx, jinfengopteryx) birds (raven, canadian goose), and mammals (Pig, chimpanzee). She was created as part of a set of companions. She's very lightweight, yet shapely, and most of her form is covered by downy white feathers, with strong, stiff feathers as crest, on her tail and on her arms. There is no down at the small space between her legs- the skin there is soft like suede, getting smoother as you move inwards, or up beneath her tail. Halfway down her thighs her feathers are charcoal black, and the down fades away at her calves. She is digitigrade and has large talons (lol Napoleon Dynamite), her legs like those of a raptor, bent and with a heel very near the calf, and a long foot. The tilt in her hips is compensated for by the arch in her spine, allowing her to stand upright. Her face has no feathers, and her eyes are a bright green-yellow color. She sometimes wears simple tube dresses, but with her feathers, clothes aren't that comfortable.
Dulca is a runner, and as such is very tight and fit beneath her down, even if the feathers give her a fluffy, rounded shape. Being that her feathers are white, she is known to dye parts of herself, namely it is her striped tail and lower arms that are sometimes faded with a color that is darker toward the end. The 'crest' on her head has feathers that go from bright orange to purple, and her head is normally teal or fawn.
Though she can seem a bit air-headed at times, Dulca is a bit knowledgeable in biology and has good common sense. Conversation with her is generally easy, and she speaks in a soft, high, wishy-washy little voice. She's bi, and very comfortable sexually. Like a mammal, she has a fertility cycle, but instead of a period, what happens when she's not fertilized is that she lays 'dud' eggs. That's a lot better than bleeding and a lot more enjoyable, if you grow to like it!
