Chas is not all that remarkable, as far as hedgehogs go. Or wasn't, really, until he decided he was going to smash the subliminal establishment with counterculture memetics, and became a punk. His band, Fuzzy Burlap, is known by few and liked by fewer. It isn't that they're /bad/, exactly... more that they're just several decades too late, and not all that connected to the real world.
He's a fairly common European hedgehog, his fur naturally a slightly rosy cream-brown, his quills fairly mundane variations of the same, though they are dyed a wide variety of colours at any given time. He's fairly skinny for a hedgie, but also rather short. He dresses in lots of leather and old torn vintage stuff. And combat boots.
