She is the younger offspring of a Male Human sorcerer and a Female tribal Salamandra. She takes after her mother Physically, and Her father with the magic Wielding.
You spot a Reptilian-taur like female, six foot tall, seven and a half foot long. She had a slender Physique Due to the tribe not allowing her to take part in the hunts. This was at fault of her birth defect, blindness. While pregnant with Cecilia, her mother came under attack from the Dark ones. In this attack, her father lost his life, sacrificing himself as to keep his loved one alive. The stress and heartbreak from the loss was too much and affected the female's development in the womb. Upon birth, her mother died, leaving only her elder brother to look after her. She loved him more than anything in life, and would do anything to hear that pleased tone of voice of his. Over time, the dark ones hunted down their kind for their scale's magical properties, leaving only she and her brother as the remainder of the species.
Her colors were two toned, a vibrant auburn outer color, with a khaki inner color(under her chin, neck, chest, torso, underbelly, undertail)
On the upper left part of her torso(pectoral, shoulder, arm, shoulderblade area) along with across her neck, were tribal tattoos that matched her brothers, but glowed a vibrant forest green in color.
On her chest was a tattered cloth band, the underside of her breasts were visible as much of the "dress" had been torn away. Over her lower half was an ornate cloth "skirt" that covered the Taur part of her body.
