She's a female Brazilian Wandering Spider, also called Banana Spider. Her body is a fuzzy sandy yellow with black stripes along her legs and bright red across her neck and jaw.
Brazilian Wandering Spiders are amongst the deadliest in the world due to their potent venom, but this venomous-vixen is a bit less ill-tempered... But only a bit.
She has a thing for being dominant around males, no matter who they are.. Around females not so much, mostly because she has very little experience with them.
She came to the tub in a regular shipment of bananas, hidden in the box and unable to come out till the crate was cracked open amongst arrival.
