The descendant of an ancient bloodline consisting of shamans, shape-shifters, and other practitioners of archaic arts, Badru is a were panther. Usually he takes on a humanoid guise, appearing both animal and human to those around him. Though he comes off as a dark loner, the black panther comes here to relax and converse with others. His name is Swahili for "born during the full moon." The only other form he has aside from his true were panther body is that of a lion, which is caramel brown with a dark mane.
Badru accept exceptional body and drive to arduous training. Under the regime of his mentor and former teacher, Satori, Badru was forced to condition himself to wear everything could be used as a weapon. Not just his hands and feet or anything pertaining only to the physical. His mind was sharpened to "a fine blade" as Satori had put it and despite her student's laid back attitude, when need be, Badru's wit and quick thinking are at the ready. Even though some may see the panther's body as something marvelous, such conditioning is nothing new. Martial artist and philosopher Bruce Lee's influence on the world has spawned numerous people with stupendous physicality and the results show. Like any other man, Badru regardless of his seemingly otherworldly skill does have his limits and have met said walls numerous times.
