History: The Regulan empire was one of the greatest that the land had ever seen. The people prospered, there was little poverty, the crime was kept to a minimum and everything flourished out to be the best. The towns were well kept and buildings were all architectural masterpieces. People of all races lived in harmony and there were barely any quarrels between races, gender, and bigotry of the sort. Everyone who was under the rule of the King and Queen were joyous and happy... other than the criminals of course. The crops were perfectly ripe, the water pure, the kingdom was like a utopia to the people.

On a faithful August day the king and queen were expecting a litter to help complete their family and to finally call an heir to the throne should the king or queen die. During labor the queen had complications during birth but was able to deliver a single, live child. A beautiful baby boy that looked like the king himself though he wasn't the only child to be born. He came out silent though the doctors tried to get him to breathe so that he could live. The little cub fought for his life to try to breathe and succeeded. The queen also delivered three more children. Two boys and one girl but they came out to be still born. The king ordered for the royal doctors to try and help save his other children though it was too late. After the birth the king and queen decided to name their only child Artashir, which means great warrior and lion king. The queen survived but she grew ill over the loss of her other three children. She looked to her husband and her only child who survived for happiness and a way to help deal with the loss though it wasn't enough and after a couple of months the queen passed away due to heartbreak. The king grew miserable and angry that his faithful queen died though his only son kept him sane. He never left his son alone since he was his only family left and casted away his other female pride members. The news spread and when a rival kingdom heard of the news they used it as a chance to attack since everyone was mourning over the loss of the queen.

A day later the neighboring army attacked and the once peaceful kingdom turned into a pitch black war field. Both armies clashed though the Regulan army started to get weaker and weaker due to the clouded orders of the king. Seeing that there was no choice the king had to enter the battlefield as a way to redeem himself for his poor decisions and for his fallen men. Right before he was about to leave for the battlefield he cradled Artashir in his hands and gave him a kiss on the cheek as he took him to a lone area that only he knew about. He would leave Artashir there and come back for him after the battle was over and they won. He also left a couple of bottles of fresh milk just in case if the battle lasted longer than he had expected it to or if the other should happen. If the favor was on the enemy side then the child would starve to death or possibly be picked up by some stranger.

"If I shall fall and if the kingdom falls you shall be the one to restore it and become king and heir. I love you Artashir... my only son."

Those were the last words the king said to his son before he gave him a necklace that had a golden ring around the metal chain which had the royal emblem embedded in it as well as a bright blood red ruby. Right by him he left a letter explaining the details of his possible last order and signed it in his own blood. After one last look of his son he went out onto the battlefield.

After countless of days of fighting the Regulan army came to a standstill with the opposing army until the final blow was cast and the king of the Regulan army died due to a stab in the heart by the king of the other army. With his last breath he roared out a roar of agony before using the last of his strength to pierce the jugular of the king's throat with his claws causing him to die right after him due to blood loss. The greedy lieutenant of the opposing army used this opportunity to attack and the remaining soldiers and win the battle.

After the battle was over and the once prospering empire became a bitch place, burnt, and desolate place. The lieutenant hyena became king of the opposing army though when he saw the terrain around him he smirked to himself evilly and said these words.

"Hahahaha!!! The peaceful kingdom once known as Regulus, known for its prosperity has now turned into a graveyard where its pathetic people now lie... Our kingdom doesn't deserve this land anymore now that it's all ruined and corroded. May you all burn in hell and look up to our kingdom now which lies up in the heavens."

The army pulled out days later and took whatever values they can and took whatever survivors as slaves.

Days later a traveling caravan of Romani came to the boarders of the once prosperous kingdom and were shocked to see the ruins of the kingdom and the the corpses and bones of the deceased. The leader of the band then decided to call out a search to see if anyone was alive as well as made graves for all of the fallen people of the kingdom so that they could all rest in peace and reach heaven from what they believed in. It took days though their mission of faith was completed. Just as they were about to leave they heard the voice of a crying child. Scurrying around the find the source of the sound the nomads searched for the voice until they came to a well hidden alcove and saw a baby lion cub laying in his blankets and next to empty bottles of milk. The leader took the child into his arms and read the letter and was shocked to find that he was the heir of the Regulan kingdom. In the small alcove they also found a chest containing pictures as added proof and other things that belonged to the now new king of the fallen empire.

The leader then picked up a stuffed toy that belonged to Artashir and soon with one squeak the little cub came to life and attacked the little squeaky plush toy and started to chew and nom on it cutely as he looked up to the stranger. He didn't have fear in his eyes and was just excited when he saw the stranger. The elder chuckled and soon took him and the chest back to the group where he introduced him. In his head a spark came to life and knew that he had to keep his identity a secret from everyone else as well as the chest. He loaded it up and soon locked it away before they began their journey once again.

Over the years Artashir leaned the tools of the trade by working and helping around the community of the nomads by doing the heavy lifting, learning how to cook and make things from scratch, hunt, fight, and how to take care of animals. He became loved by everyone. Artashir also grew strong physically as he grew muscle, tall, wise, skilled, and of course his mane. He was kind hearted and just a wonderful person to be around with. When he became of age the aging leader who took Artashir in and found him took him into his carriage and finally told him about his past and his true roots.

By all means Artashir was shocked especially when he read the letter that was signed by his father's blood. He began to weep out tears of joy and pain. The news was bitter sweet though now he had a mission to carry out by order of his late father. He gazed at the picture of his father and mother as well as himself as a child being held by the both of them. The leader left him time alone to collect himself and to wait a while until he was ready. Arashir looked through the entire chest looking through his parents treasured things and soon found the gorgeous ring that his father had left him. He put it around his neck until he had a flash come to his head and his body felt light. Thinking that there was something wrong with him he went to bed though that night he had a strange dream.

Artashir's dream felt like it wasn't a dream at all but reality. Two figures would appear in front of him and they looked like his parents.

"You've grown son. We've been watching you and we're proud of you." said the tall male figure who was covered in good looking armor that belonged to a king and commander.

"I may have not been around to see you grow fully though at least I was there for a little bit. I'm just happy that your alive and doing so well." said the female lioness that was dressed in a shimmering dress that belonged to a queen.

"M..mom... D..dad?" Artashir called out to the both of them as he listened to their words of wisdom.

"Now listen son. There are two diaries in that chest. One belongs to me and the other belongs to your mother. They can only be opened with a family ring that you possess. I want you to read both of them and gather the knowledge of our kingdom... your kingdom. Learn how to do things as a king, how to be a fine warrior, our secrets, and I apologize for somethings that are written in there son... you can skip some of them." he said to him as he got a little nervous at the end.

"Yes son... mine as well. There are some things that you would want to skip. Though now I think it's time we leave. I hope that we don't have to see each other for a long time. I want you to live a long and happy life and to find love ." she said to him with a smile.

"Yes of course. Anything you say mom and dad. I'll read and skip some parts." he called out to them as he just smiled at them happily.

"Son. We'll alway be with you in your memories and in your heart. Farewell for now." he said to him with a smile.

"Wait. I think that we forgot something dear." Artashir's mother said to to her husband.

"Ah right... we wouldn't want to forget that." he chuckled out before drawing out his sword.

"Kneel down before us son." said his mother with a bright smile on her face.

Artashir nodded to them and did as he was told and knelt down before them as he looked up them.

Waving his blade Artashir's father called out. "By the power invested in me. I Tau Regulus...

"And I Arielle Regulus..."

"Both pass down the throne and kingdom down to our beloved son Artashir Regulus. May he bring peace throughout the kingdom and honor the name of the Regulus family name. May the gods above bless him with the power and strength to rule a land of peace and prosperity." they both called out in unison before touching his shoulders and head with the blade.

Arashir then felt a glowing sensation on his chest and soon looked down to see the family's emblem glow on his chest brightly before he stood up and faced his parents.

"Congratulations son. You are now officially the King of Regulus. Now... restore your kingdom and avenge your fallen people... as well as get your fallen people who are in the hands of the evil king back and bring them hope. We love you son... and farewell." the king said to his son before he started to disappear into glowing specs of shimmering light.

"You'll do well son... and I love you very much." said his mother before she finally disappeared.

In the morning Artashir woke up and soon looked down to see that he had the royal family crest tattooed on him. He quickly rushed to see the chest and found both diaries and opened them both with the ring. He flipped through the paged and could recognize his father's hand writing in one of them.

He quickly got out of the carriage and soon found the entire community there waiting to greet him. The elder stepped out and looked up to Artashir and bowed down to them as well as the rest of them. The leader gave him one of their best horses and had his things loaded up in another carriage. Artashir said his goodbyes to everyone and then promised them that they would always be welcomed in his kingdom when it was restored. He then left them and began his own journey reading the diaries and thought of a plan to restore the kingdom and to get revenge.

Traveling for a couple of years he started a hidden band of warriors where he trained them and himself following what was written in his father's diary and fed them many recipes that would strengthen them in battle and give them more energy as well as quick medical tips and remedies from his mother's diary. The group was held secret and had their base underneath aged and ruined kingdom. Artashir had to keep his identity and secret and had to become more hidden since it was told that the king's son had also died many years ago during the war.

Now Artashir is looking for members to recruit as well as mates to add to his future pride. He has currently found himself a lover... one that he can call King with.
