On his armor are a number of what appear to be gemstones, each one no greater than a marble in size. The gems blend in with the armor and decorate the suit like an exterior network of veins.

As illustrated, Ark's hair sports a variety of colors, mostly those of metals or gemstones, but it is hidden by his helmet when he is wearing his armor.
