Jackie was born off 8 Mile in Detroit, Michigan. She learned early the worth of money and quickly adapted to life in the slums. While not the smartest, she certainly makes up for it in being streetwise and keeping her ear to the ground. Formerly a drugdealer, she's learned a thing or two about the worth of a person's loyalty and often has a hard time trusting people around her.
However, after being given a second chance through the generous care of a halfway house, she has been socialized enough that she no longer has the need to be so defensive and potentially dangerous. Now that she's on the stretch into her late 20's, the years have not been kind but she had learned much more than she ever could in the public school system.
