About King Aegeon
Aegeon is a large, very well-muscled lion, and is quite obviously proud of it. The male takes extra care to keep every muscle in prime condition, and it is obvious that he works hard to stay in such shape. However, his stature suits it well, as he is quite tall and widely-framed. His sculpted body is covered with short, yet silky golden-brown fur, typical for his species. However, unlike most, his mane and crotch fur are a beautiful, regal blond, contrasting sharply with his bright, emerald eyes, yet it all seems to come together. Very rarely does he bother with such unnecessary things such as clothes, thanks to his immodesty and pride in his manhood, and more often prefers to go nude, even in public. When he does wear clothing, however, it is usually either a simple loincloth or waist-wrap, or decorative, elaborate armor. Although he does not choose to wear clothing most of the time, he does wear gold bands about his arms and ankles, on occasion, and is quite fond of tying portions of his long, flowing mane in braids.
Like most males of his kind, he is very proud, and always holds himself with masculine poise; an air of confidence -- almost arrogance -- surrounds his demeanor. In spite of this, he does indeed have a big heart, and will protect those close to him with his very life, if he must. Aegeon hates to be referred to his name, and prefers to be acknowledged by his status: "Sire", "Your Highness", "Your Majesty" and so forth... unless he's interacting with someone close to his heart; in which case, "Daddy" or simply his name is acceptable.
